various shots breakdown, Syracuse section at the end of the clip

I was fortunate to participate in creation of Indiana Jones and Dial of Destiny as part of the environment/generalist team at ILM Sydney. Our team's task was recreating the Siege of Syracuse depicted at the final act of the movie. We interpreted initial concept designs and added our own solutions to various problems while re creating the ancient city. My tasks included: crating all vegetation assets and scattering them around the whole peninsula; architectural design, layout and art direction of various districts of the city including assets creation; texturing and modelling then finally lighting, rendering and slap comping of various shots once the city was completed. Matte painting tasks were also major element at the final stages of delivering the shots to comp.

It was a super fun project to be on while sharing the experience with amazing team of artists that work at ILM!
